Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 1.0 This sorority is the bottom of the bottom. It doesn't matter that they have a house, there's no way they'll be able to maintain it unless girls want to pay way more than anyone else does. I'm sure they're nice, but the self ranking needs to stop. Definitely not third street elite anymore.
