Stay away! They're getting passed by pretty much all the other unhoused frats since they had a good first year

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 3.6 Still pretty new to campus but they're growing extremely fast. Spring PC is a great group. Couple of brothers are a bit awkward but they know how to party but keep it classy. Heard rumors of big things for them next semester.
