Have a lot of work to do being the newest house on campus. Alumni support and solid dudes will see them rise substantially over next couple semesters. After Pike, probably most likely unhoused to land a greek house.

This fraternity is a straight joke. Some of their chair members are the stupidest people I have ever met, and fall below the gpa requirement. The president is lazy and makes others do his busy work. Their chair members are disorganized, they don't seem to care about being a fraternity. Holding a position is a popularity contest so even if you have good ideas if not enough people like you your outta luck man. Shut this "frat" down, lol all they're good for is drinking until they black out. What a joke, don't rush Chi Phi!
