If these trends continue we could see some houses swap in the ranking. Sigma Chi is probably going to attract more rushees this year with their renovations though so that is a curveball

when I rushed one of the last things I thought of was the house. In my eyes its kinda just a perk. If I liked the guys of the house, I was going to pick that one even if the house quality was below average

i still dont think that fiji is a top house, i think delt sig, sig ep, and sae are top. and there are some other middle tier ones to keep eye on for the upcoming year as well. but i think fiji is middle for sure
