I think EVERY sorority house should start to do a new pledge spotlight. Post a pick of each one of your pledges and say welcome to the house. Everyone can see how beautiful all of your ladies are and just maybe the “higher tier frats” will change up some of the houses they choose to invite to party! Show your new pledges off! Stop posting pics of active members. Let’s see the new future generation!! Then we can put this sorority rankings to rest.

Instead of posting 90% of your active girls in all your bid day pics and social media posts, let’s see the new girls. Just a thought......
