Theta chi has truly made life so smelly. I once walked in during the day only to find 8 men tickling eachother. Strange but lowkey liked the vibe and they asked if I wanted to join. I was debating saying no, however, how could I resist!!! we began tickling eachother until one of the guys started peeing. Ruined the vibe, but id do it again if asked. Don’t recommend going if you can’t handle being tickled

The guys in this frat are a bunch of insecure losers. They’re really creepy at their parties, and just try to act like alpha males to cover up for the fact that they’re insecure. Wouldn’t recommend.

These guys are big fans of Sigma Tau Gamma! They’re kind of shy in face-to-face interactions, and have a spotty history with women, but are very active on social media! Can’t wait for the block party 🤝

Nice guys, not the best house. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either. Would not go to another party, however.

TDX is the definition of lower mid. They throw lame parties and barely have socials, even with asigs old house. Anyone can get a bid here so they have that going for them at least. There is nothing too appealing about this place.

Mid parties at best some of the guys are rude and the only alc they have is keg beer if they have alc because they usually don’t

These guys are super fun to hang with when the other frats parties are over. Mid tier house that still looks surprisingly decent given it’s older than dirt. Great house for randoms as well.
