Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 2.9 i was a big fan of skulls but then all of the sudden they got a “big” pledge class and an ego and suddenly became a bunch of rude frat brothers. a year ago they were one of the nicest and best frats to go to.
