Im in SK and we only had one or two things with these guys, so i dont know what your talking about. I love this house though, and the guys are great!!

These guys have skewed views of themselves. They arent an awful fraternity by any means but they seem to think they are near the top when in reality they are probably bottom tier 2 borderline tier 3 with ATO. They party mostly with Pi Phi and Sigma Kappa and went on ski weekend with G Phi. Only respectable one of those is Sigma Kappa, step your game up

upper second tier. not top 3, I'd say anywhere from 4-6. Their fall class was really good, wasn't impressed with spring. Just have to see what fall brings. Don't currently own their own house, but word is they're locking down on a place of their own for when SAE comes back.

Lambda is not a top house, such a joke with these self ranks. No one cares about greek rank, its all opinion but lambda is middle of the road. solid Second tier

I love Lambda. This is hands down one of the only fraternities I'd hang out at in the daylight. While still not a top house, the gentlemen are classy and always a good time. No, they not Sigma Chi, but I'd rather hang out with them any day. Plenty of attractive men in this house too.

Come on Lambda, you are upper middle sure, but not even close to being on par with pike, sigma chi, snu, and soon to be fiji. SAE will be back, and take your house, your brotherhood isnt that big and your pathetic for self rank. I dont hate you guys, but your right in the middle

To the person two below, I just know from living next door they also had closed rushes with Alpha Phi and AXO this year, so they do things with all sororities. I dont even like them really I think they're annoying as their neighbor (im a sigma pi), but i gotta give them that.
