The decision in the housing situation between Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Lambda Chi Alpha for next fall is completely out of each house's hands. The decision resides in the hands of each house's Housing Corporation. They are still working out a deal, nothing is set in stone.

My sisters are telling me that SAE has this house for next year since it was their house originally and owned by their nationals. Seems like Lambda cant hold onto a house if their lives depended on it!!! Lol. Decent fraternity though regardless of them jumping around to different houses!

I get my facts from the Lease between SAE Financial and Housing Corporation and the Gamma Omicron Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity: Page 15-"Lease Term": August 15, 2011-June 14, 2014. If that's what SAE here has been told, they have been lied to. Come on over and check out the lease.

To "MSU". Lambda is losing their house to SAE Nationals at the end of this current school year. SAE will be moving in the beginning of the school year of 2013. Have heard this from pretty much everyone, not sure where you're getting your so called facts from.

These guys are a decent fraternity just seem too concerned with their appearance to others as well as seem to knock other fraternities too much. The president of IFC is in this house and abuses his power at times, getting a few fraternities on social probation for things they themselves do. I will say I do not hate this house though, just have a ways to go socially.

The guys below me are jealous. Lambda's are so sweet. They have high numbers, they're all great guys, and they throw a great party!
