Hate to admit it but TKE had a pretty large pledge class for being new and they are looking good. Their alumni base is very strong and they used to be #1 house in the early 1990's until they got kicked off.

Their alumni are involved and have stated we want you to do this right. Also they are far away but their USC chapter is top 2 along with Sigma Chi.They definitely have potential.
