Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 1.4 Ok, Ima be honest, Ima be real. They have a house of half goobers and half middle tier kids. Their parties are mediocre and not exciting. The girls range from KD/AGD up to GPhi.. All over the place, kinda messy. Oh yah, all they really have going for them is their house, which sucks to party in.

Like wtf, some of these guys are pretty overweight and unttractive and running around parties way too sloshed and talking about how hot the freshmen are lmao.
