Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.4 i'm in a top sorority and pretty much all of my friends agree with me that this house is one of our favorites because they are the most well rounded boys. i personally get the least creepy vibe here and almost all of my best friends are in this house and they're super fun. they could have a few more parties but overall they're good guys and i think they have the most attractive boys by far

Their Alumni Association owns it I think. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Diego State University - SDSU 4.7 Coming from a biased opinion of being in theta chi, I'm going to give you a non-biased opinion. SAE and SigEp are definitely top fraternities on SDSU no question. But theta chi is definitely making a name for themselves. They threw arguably the best dayger last year with ThetaChiLand, girls were literally running across the street from pike to Theta Chi. Now yes there are some questionable people in the fraternity especially a lot of the older guys, who can be a little weird socially. But with the past few pledge classes, they have been recruiting well. We throw bangers (I.e. Toy Story, School of OX) but we go MIA for a couple weeks and lose momentum. That will change in the fall. Big Plans are being put together for some bangers (Project OX, ThetaChiLand 2.0).
