Wrong! The majority of the dudes in this chapter are still nerds lower middle at best, still better than Zbt D-chi and KA maybe tied with dsig, but not quite phi delt, du, or phi psi

Sigma Chi at San Diego State University... I don't think they're anywhere near a 'top house'. More like a resort for broheimers sitting on couches scratching their nuts. Don't believe the hype.
