ΣΑΕ, ΤΚΕ & ΠΚΑ could become top one day and here’s how….
All 3 of these have membership numbers and looks comparable to ΘΧ & ΚΣ. (Ofc not as good but comparable especially with how stagnant ΘΧ & ΚΣ have been.)
❗️❗️ Disagreers. I am junior here and was always around older sisters. We saw ΑΔΠ & ΘΧ move up and many people hated it at first but now no one can imagine a world where they wouldn’t be top ❗️❗️
ΣΑΕ needs to pair top again. They have socials, previous pairs, event and looks. They are the most likely.
ΤΚΕ needs to pair top. They have the nicest house and can easily get good looking members. This year they could pair with ΑΔΠ / ΔΔΔ. Both of those are open to pairing ΤΚΕ. With this house they’re basically guaranteed to start getting top tier looking guys.
ΠΚΑ would be years from now but great potential. Despite what the lying hater says, we all like them. They have good looks which is why they get socials that deny true and lower mids but agreed to do it with an unhoused bottom. They are cute and popular. They need to pair top TWICE and get an event and get socials with upper mids also.
Realistically even though ΦΔΘ & ΖΒΤ are above these three, these three have more potential of being top. ΦΔΘ is on a heavy decline

it isn’t tke. everyone is excited about the house. it’s big news.
sororities are diff. frats and pnms get to pick. sororities u kinda get placed. also sororities all roughly have about the same. 130-160. frats can be as low as 40 and as high as 120

tke is gonna be top. their pc this year is gonna be the best one behind ato and ksig. they already have a ton of guys, top girls who love them, big event, big support great rep and money. their frat doesn’t need improvement ur just a hater.
the house is a big deal and ur jealous. pike and tke outdo u and u think ur chapter is so above them but clearly u aren’t. can’t get half the numbers or socials or pairs
