If you don’t want it now it’s inevitable . Ksig and ato have had the best looking PCs along with OX for the past 2.5 years. Followed by zbt & sae. There’s a certain frat that is forcefully ranked top but all top girls say their looks have fallen off tremendously for the past 2 years and they haven’t been able to have any good socials in the past two years and repeats the same pair.
Tke already paired upper with piphi and has acceptable looks. Beat out sae already. They’re gonna move up.

ΦΔΘ - Phi Delta Theta

I feel like this is pretty understood. They beat out SAE and were already mid with the bad house in the ghetto, and now they have the nicest house on campus. Recruiting will only get easier for them. People are going to want to hate, but it is obviously they will be upper probably by the end of the year.
