ΘΧ is losing their house. It is being bought by the Aves. They will likely purchase another house and be homeless for one year or one semester. They’ve lost 30+ brothers but it is no big deal.
ΠΚΦ purchased ΦΓΔ & ΠΚΑ purchased half of ΒΘΠ’s house. ΘΧ could purchase another frat’s house because they have the funds to do so or could use ΤΚΕ’s house.
They will never be bottom due to relations, looks and past pairs. Likely will be…..

Coming from someone who doesn’t know theta chi or if they will or will not be unhoused. Why can’t you just ever stfu and let people who actually know stuff speak?
