Fact is.
1. Top Tier: Theta Chi & ATO.
These are interchangeable. Pros and cons.
2. Upper Mid: Phi Delt, Kappa Sig & ZBT
Phi Delt is not top. There isn’t a single sorority that sees them as top. Tops pair with upper mids all the time. They lost looks and haven’t had consistent top socials and only pair w DDD. Ksigs newest pcs look better and all girls say that. Zbt is upper. Ksig is not top. SAE could go either way but losing to TKE for PiPhi then ZBT for Theta is badddd look. They lose to TKE / Dsig every year.
3. True Mid: SAE, TKE, DSig
SAE has the best socials but don’t have as strong relations as TKE. They lose to TKE / Dsig every year and should only go upper if they can snag another good pair.
4. Lower mid: Tep, Pikapp, Beta, Delt
Tep could go true mid if they get better socials. They have a good event. The rest are interchangeable.
5. Base:
Pike
No house.

U say this 1,000,000 times courting means nothing. Also tops pair upper mid all the same. Actual pairs matter, not courts. Even if they end up w ADPI doesn’t make them top.

ksig has a better rep than phidelt. every girl says ksigs pcs look better than phidelt. just like with ato & ox. doesn’t mean ox is below ato. phidelts looks have fallen of HEAVILY and everyone says that.
