Theta Chi loves ADPI but is closer to KD & ZTA. They host a luncheon with KD and only KD every semester and only do their BB event with KD. ZTA also just won their sweet heart. The first time in history UCF OX has ever done that.

I understand you’re trying to force adpi to be #1 but you can be realistic.

Phi Delt’s #1 is ADPi. ADPi just doesn’t like them enough to pair. So DDD > ADPi. They only had 1 social with PiPhi and AXiD. They rotate KD every semester they can more often than ZTA.

Kappa Sig is closest to ZTA. They aren’t close to KD or ADPi. Or DDD.

Theta chi gave sweetheart to the only chapter still allowed to accept misogynistic awards. Literally no other chatter is permitted to accept that title. Again, congrats on a made up title that means nothing and your sweetheart isn’t even invited to their events the same exact year.

You need to relax. Zeta has fallen but still has DSig and KSig. No one is trying to take that away. Good for you.

This says who they would PAIR with in order of preference, not who they have done more socials with. I would say that Theta Chi would put KD equal to adpi in pairing but otherwise this is accurate as is. The rest of the frat pref list is spot on but not theta chi.

Agree they would rather pair with PiPhi over Zeta because that’s who they’re currently courting. Could court either one and are courting piphi so yeah it’s clear their preference to pair would be pi phi over zeta.
