I plan on rushing a sorority next fall here’s my honest first impressions based on what i’ve heard so far

Tri-Delt: Top, Mostly Blondes, Best House
ADPI: Top, Popular, Nice
ZTA: Top, Well-Rounded Girls
KD: Top, Most Popular but heard some bad things
Pi Phi: Upper-Mid, Brunettes, Diverse, Funny
AXID: Upper-Mid, Nice House, Trending Up
Theta: Nice, Good House, but next to frats??

Frats
Theta Chi: Top, Attractive but kinda sketchy guys, Off-Campus House
ATO: Top, Best House, Attractive guys, but country vibes
Phi-Delt: Top, Half Attractive/Half Weird
KSIG: Upper Mid, On-Campus House, Nice and respectful guys
SAE/TKE/ZBT: Mid, don’t really know much
PIKE: New, athletic, more like a student club than a fraternity
