Sigma Chi’s nationals are open to renting the house out or selling it at the right price. At first they were opposed but UCF won’t let them operate in the house until 10 years from now and that’s 10 years of paying for nothing so.
UCF will only allow certain frats to get it. You have to have a certain standing with UCF and can’t already have an on campus house so obviously no ATO or KSig. Theta Chi TKE SAE are the only fraternities that UCF will allow. They have the numbers, a general good standing, and run their chapters well. SAE is the least likely TKE is the most likely.
Delta sig is not getting that house
