yes, all chapters are. We all have different strengths and offer different things. We are all touse to the members in our chapters. That’s why this website is worthless. Decide what you want and then find your tribe. Everything else is just noise and the stuff on here is based on who has the most time to be on here posting. Literally, your chapter will be/is touse to you and nothing can change that.
