Which chapters do you think are closest with each other across Pan chapters? There are a few Pan chapters who get along with everyone but others have stronger ties to only a couple.

r u asking like most pop srat amongst srats cause thats gotta be chio, kappa, pi phi, adpi or theta they got no issues with anyone
