zbt has all tops and sae doesn’t have adpi or zta.
ksig, phidelt and sae are all always in trouble

ksig hasn’t been in trouble in 4 years now.
sae is not who we’re talking about and neither is ksig. and they are not top.
we are talking about phi delt.

So does ZBT and SAE. They’ve both paired top.
Phi Delt doesn’t look top, doesn’t have any strong relations other than Tri Delt.
All tops have members, Phi Delt doesn’t even have more than DSig.
They’re always in trouble. They are in no way a top house.
