ZBT, SAE Could bump out Phi Delt in Top.

Let’s be real the only reason Phi Delt is still top is because the out of the loop lower mids don’t believe in moving any chapter down. Pairing with the same chapter back to back is not a good look for tops, they also have poor membership, not great looking pledges, bad rep, losing relations, only have strong relations with 1 sorority.

Phi Delt basically looks like ZBT & SAE now. They get the same treatment from sororities as those.

If ZBT / SAE pairs top this year 2026 and gets a good spring pc they could totally replace Phi Delt. Especially SAE since ZBTS relations are rocky.
