Yes, some frats start super early. ΣΧ did for ΑΔΠ due to their PC that year being the best looking Sorority pc. ΣΑΕ did due to having a lower rank. It can happen for multiple reasons, or the frat just loves that chapter.

Nah. Frats are not gonna go agin for chapters that turned them down. Zbt and SAE will never go for PiPhi. Or at least not until 2027.
