Tri delt and zeta have equal socials. Tri delt has better hoco pairs. Tri delt has a higher membership count and higher retention with lower drops.
The only item that is an opinion is looks. IMO Tri delt is prettier as a whole

zta looks better and gets invited to everything. does ddd still have theta chi? ddd had to repeat because theta chi didn’t want to pair. theta chi refuses to pair with ddd every year ask them abt it. zta gets more frat support for philos and a much better event. all that is what matters.
your retention doesn’t help your ranking. save your awards too

no more self rank if you want yo move up make improvements. there’s a reason why frats want to drop you. improve your philo event
