A large and stable membership reflects how successful the organization is and whether it's strong and thriving. A strong membership with happy members = better retention, less recruiting.

The above New Memver Interest rank is not true. Someone is trying to sway sorority pnms with a fake rank.
She made up a fake rank that had no data, no numbers. Pan and OFSL did not give her any desirability ranking. She did thus last year she is trying to make a top chapter look undesirable again. This is sad and desperate.
Panhellenic would not create a desirability rank and would never encourage any pnms to join “more desirable” chapters because you have to meet the girls to get an idea of where you might want to join. Pan does not want you to join a chapter bc other girls are or because your friends are joining.

You complained that ZTA never posted bid day photos. You made several posts about it. Now you say that they posted photos with over 100 members. I can’t keep up. Someone help me!
