A large and stable membership reflects how successful the organization is and whether it's strong and thriving. A strong membership with happy members = better retention, less recruiting.

As you can see on the interest rank most pnms are listening to the popularity ranks instead of considering sisterhood, reputation, membership and chapter performance

let them. that’s exactly why retention is better in other chapters bc girls join for the right reasons and stay for sisterhood

Our ranks are not about what you want our ranks are about popularity, socials, pairs and philo. if it was deeper our ranks would be MUCH different. Popularity and looks win.
