You are a disturbed individual. It’s almost like you want all chapters to be white, Christian size 2 girls. It’s not happening. no chapters are adding up anything. we know which chapters welcome diverse girls just like we know what chapters welcome hot girls. look around all chapters have different priorities dnd values. you tried though

we recruit ppl for many reasons…personality, looks, diversity, friendliness, kindness, moral character and SO MANY other reasons. some sororities are more open to differences in race, culture, economic background, body type and others are not. no one is going to stop telling pnms where there’s more diversity.
THE WORST PART is that you are saying ppl are giving bids as a “diversity bid/quota” that’s DISGUSTING! diverse girls have many great qualities and have a lot to offer aside from their diversity. you need to reflect on what you are trying to accomplish. diversity is important and panhellenic girls want differences in their sororities period!

It’s difficult to respond to someone who would type this or type the op.
Making underrepresented people feel welcomed and included is everyone’s goal, but it’s very different than “recruiting diversity”. Recruiting diversity would mean that you’re intentionally bidding to be diverse.
Having a diverse group is wonderful, but intentionally recruiting to it is a quota based system, which is not permitted.
Saying you respect and welcome everyone and then saying you “recruit for diversity” are two extremely different statements.
My house is very welcoming and we don’t look to fill quotas. We genuinely love and respect our sisters for who they are on the inside. They will never wonder if they belong or if we were just checking off a box.
The category “diversity” on your ranks is incredibly insulting and always has been. It’s feels like someone wants to brag about checking the most boxes and that’s not what sisterhood should be about.
