Tier Considerations:
Strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, srat & frat relations, Greek philo involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

These do consider performance and successful, but just mostly socials pairs looks and popularity. We didn’t want to get rid of performance entirely, just didn’t want certain chapters in higher tiers because of it. This is why TriDelt is above ZTA, thy are more successful.
