These two are the only top tier frats. They have the looks, socials, pairs, involvement, leadership, reputation, diversity (ATO’s new PC is very diverse)

There are no other fraternities at this moment that are top tier in real life.

Only people who don’t know phi delta or have socials with them say their top. Lowers and base would say they are top no one else.
