Bottom gpa, bottom retention against peer group averaging the same variation of graduation class numbers (in other words, zeta doesn’t have girls graduating at the same time because they don’t have as many girls), low recruitment, non-existent srat relations, no top tier frats wanting to pair (two top tier frats switched their courting since spring 2025 and neither one went for zeta), zero UCF Greek Awards received in Spring 2025 during awards szn, highest drop rates over the past rolling 12 months (year).

They are top in camping and posting on Greek Rank and probably top of upper mid. Oh, and car wash slips.

Zero srats agree they are top. None. Zero relations. Zilch, null, none, goose egg, zippo.

Chio and kappa compare well. Look alike, have exact same socials, same philo event, similar pairs. There isn’t a hater for them, you should be able to understand why people want them down.

Those feelings are valid and justified and seen as that by th majority. Zeta is not seen as mid by the majority. We majority see them as top.

This isn’t about chio. U set them up for hate no one even mentions them and u know damn well they’re lower mid.

Don’t act like one person wants Chi O down or Chi O up. We moved up Chi I because they have better looks and is a high performer. Ranks include a lot. They could go either way but I do think k you need to give them credit.

aephi and theta have the exact same socials. their pairs mix. they don’t share socials with chio and they don’t mix with chio’s pair and their pair don’t mix with chio. chio pair and socials mix with kappa. they have exact same socials.

Major wants chio down. They get credit that’s why they’re above kappa. Their looks aren’t that much better. They look better in the same tier.
