Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

•Upper- popular, mostly upper socials & pairs, very attractive, strong membership, have houses
•Mid- some popular, mostly mid socials & pairs, many attractive, strong membership, have houses
•Lower- newly housed or suspended, have mid/base socials & pairs or unpaired, some attractive, lower membership
•Base- unhoused, not as popular, mostly have mid/base socials & pairs or unpaired, some attractive, lower membership

We have all agreed that lower mid should be what it has always been for decades PLUS newly housed chapters. Chapters who are lesser than true mids in comparison.
We have also all clearly agreed to move Pi Kapp down. You’re not performing in any comparable way to actual true mids. We saw you force dislikes but you still were caught. The majority vote is clear.
