Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

you are obsessed with bumping pi Kapp down. chi o and kkg love them and they are all mid. why do you care? the mid chapters all look similar. pikapp has been here and delt is not comparable. no socials yet, no pairs, no event. chill

You’re not true mid and it’s not one person. You’re all lower mid. You’re lower mid traditionally and always have been. They are a new chapter that moved up. You’re >>> them. There is not a soul that sees you as true mid. Chio and kkg loving them isn’t a flex bc nobody mixes with them. We all love kappa, they’re getting an sae social but you girls antics on this site has ruined a lot for you. You are embarrassing your chapter

if pikapp is true mid tke is upper mid. y don’t need to have socials or pairs like your tier. you don’t need to compare to them in anyway at all. just be involved and leaders! tke has that move them up! that’s how dumb u sound. ur lower mid above the new chapters. you’re the omly chapters who can’t get socials. that should show u how we feel

Mids are mid looking, mid socials, mid pairs. Yes some chapters are are the high end some on the low end. PiKapp are mid, established (30 years?) with a big membership and nothing like Delt (brand new).
