Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

Pikapp look more like TKE than Delt, lower are going to be all the new frats with houses. Pikapp gets mid pairs.

TKE paired with Chi Omega twice. They got better socials and dropped them last year but they were close for years. TKE and PiKap share pairs and look about the same

no one is fighting to keep Pikapp up move them down if you want the rest is accurate and as we all just took 2 days to discuss
