Which ones the best base frat
by: Rush questionI want to rush a frat that chill and affordable I’m guessing the base frats are affordable but which ones better I saw beta and delt have there events today so which ones better??

tep is the best base. they are attractive and the only vase frat to get a homecoming pair. tep came here after beta and still got a pair
beta are also great guys.

Beta : more established, multiple social events with sororities. House guaranteed if they reach membership (1-2 semesters).
Delt: younger (chances for growth), possibly better chances of getting on exec, less socials/connections with sororities, no house either (1 room advertised as a house). No guarantee of house.
Comparable dues under 1k

Delt is very cheap if you live in the house and the rent for the house is very cheap aswell from what I’ve heard.
