Delts house is the same style as theta chi just smaller it’s a bunch of 1-2 bedroom apartments. It’s a house

Yes. The Delts have 11600 Mendel. I am in a srat and my dad is a Delt alum from UCF. He was at the chapter's advisors meeting about housing. They have A LOT of alum support.

There’s no “advisor meetings” for frats at ucf 🤣 they’re lucky if they have one single chapter advisor in town

Ummm advisor meetings are like a regular thing for both sororities and frats with halfway decent alum support. lol Especially for a chapter that just recolonized. Some alum are local and some are not. Meetings are usually online. Delt has plenty of local alum that are involved. This is not a hard concept to understand and nobody cares if you care.

I was at their house yesterday for rush and they were showing me around and tbh they have one of the nicest frat houses I have seen. Better than all the frat houses I’ve been to so far.
