Delt and beta house truth …. plus lower mid rank

Delt and beta don’t have houses. Delt forced some brothers to move into family apartments that is not an official frat house or even registered as one. They don’t even own all the units one is a family. They can’t even renovate to make it more fraternal or have a back yard or rush out of that house.
Even if they did have a house they have no relations. They wouldn’t be lower mid. Lower mids are chapters who are less popular and less attractive than true mids but still have some looks and popularity like pikapp

Nah just stop if you were actually a delt or knew any delts you would know rush is at the house it’s even on our rush flyer
