It’s not just retention, it’s sisterhood. If people don’t stay they aren’t feeling the sisterhood. No amount of frat relevancy will make people stay in your chapter. You can be “relevant” with the frats without being Greek

Just admit it Zeta is 5. We all see it. Pi Phi is hella gorgeous and just as popular but has better retention and sisterhood and that’s actually what we are all here for - sisterhood.

While you’re changing ranks it’s time to move ZTA down. TriDelt (and PiPhi) are overall stronger chapters. See data above. They have earned it. Zeta has internal issues and is slipping. We have all said it and agreed. It’s time to move them down.
