one chapter has no sisterhood

One chapter on this campus clearly has no sisterhood. Watching them interact with each other is painful and I’m shocked they have the girls they do even if it isn’t many. I thought a small chapter meant crazy tight sisterhood, but it might just be small for a reason. I know I would be unhappy spending time with them and not even getting the benefit of a house.
