Delta Tau Delta is still bottom tier.

Having one brother live in an apartment in the greek ghetto and put letters on his front door isn’t a house. They have literally 1 unit and it’s a 1 bedroom. A brothers personal home.

Even if they did have a house they have no socials, no face, not lower mid. Lower mids are chapters who are mid but lesser than true mids. Like ChiO and Kappa or PiKapp.

Get an actual house and socials and then you’ll be lower mid.

The mod girl is gonna say this is hate and bullying and the other mod will somehow say I’m a zeta. You two stay out of this convo for once and let the real be told. We all have opinions and they won’t always be positive.

If it’s an apartment they are bottom. If they have a house they are lower mid. That’s the way it is. Lower is bottom with a house.
