Agreed on sorority and frat ranks

We agreed on 4 tiers plus the Susoended tier for all the chapters in trouble. Stop attacking and blaming mids. All this was discussed at length. Mids are all similar so we didn’t need lower mid we needed the suspension tier for all the ofsl triuble.
