Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, leadership, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
Ranking Bias:
Ranks are how chapters are viewed by the majority of Greeks and created with group input. If you believe a chapter is falling or rising comment below concrete reasons, for group discussion. Ranks are not set in stone and fluctuate with new pcs and for various reasons.

He just doesn’t want his favs considered bottom. There are still 3 tiers. Top, Mid Base. They are just separated upper and lower bc some are higher than others. Even if you eliminate them ppl will see know where u stand. The forcing never helps. You haven’t learned ur lesson with theta

ChiO and AEPhi are lower mid. Axid and theta are true mid. True mids have never paired base, that’s what separates them from true mids. AEPhi is not that attractive or popular. You love them and that’s fine. But you need be realistic. PiPhi is my fav srat but i wouldn’t say they are top. ChiO especially is not true mid. Like it or not aepyi is more popular.

SAE paired with a top and axid can’t even keep top socials. Axid is mid only fiji and pilkapp and chio and aephi see them as higher.

upper mids don’t get disrespected publicly to sisters faces by theta chi, sigma chi, ato, phidelt and kappa sig. phiddlt and kappa sig rejected FREE socials. sigma chi rejected another free social.
upper mids can and have paired with tops. mids can pair with mids. upper mids have paired w true mids before

We do. Everyone literally the majority sees axid and theta as mid. The proof is in real life. The only one who doesn’t agree is trying to force axid up bc HE thinks they are hot. No one agrees with him. The majority wants them mid. His motive is clear.

this is why we need 3 tiers we see chapters differently. piphi is the top of the mids. we don’t need to rehash it every damn day

Theta learned their lesson there is no lesson for anyone else. Theta has never had an upper pair and self ranked.
Aephi is mid always has mid socials and mid pairs, one base bc mids don’t have options bc tops and uppers are pairing with them.
