How can Zeta’s reputation, leadership and popularity be equal to KD when new girls drop like crazy and they recruit in the spring? Someone is awfully generous to ZTA on this site. Their chapter added more girls in the past 9 months than they retained - how can you even truly assess them?

Leadership has to be more than just Pan Exec. You clearly don’t have strong leadership if you can’t lead the new members through to initiation or the summer and into the next year.

girls drop bc of sisterhood not leadership. if they are close they stay. exec doesn’t keep you in your chapter.
How can we access membership and retention data?

what does drop rates have to do with leadership or rep or popularity? most drops are due to money and time constraints.

popularity on campus, not just with frats
everyone has leadership in each chapter
rank considerations are not just popularity and looks, you need to keep your rep clean, be involved in others philos, diversity, leadership beyond your chapter, investing time into your event, etc
