you can’t be the favorite of a tier if you don’t have even half the relations. you are not on the same level of popularity as sororities who have all top relations, pair with tops and uppers.

Our official ranks have much more included than popularity.
Theta is miles ahead of Chi O in popularity. For the past 4 semesters and this one they have had a social w a top frat. Chi O hasn’t even had an upper mid.
AXiD is miles below PiPhi and TriDelt.
