Member retention is critical for all organizations. It reflects how successful the organization is and whether it's worth joining. People want to join organizations with large and stable memberships. A loyal and dependable membership is the best foundation to build on and speaks highly about your organization in general.

(Drops happen due to school, work, finances, etc. If most girls are happy and stay in their sisterhood that’s a good sign.)
