They do in the spring not always in the fall. If they have great numbers they don’t need to. It all depends on the # of bids accepted.

if top or upper chapters do fall cob they don’t usually advertise it they just give the bids to the girls they already know they want who either dropped recruitment or didn’t go through formal.

it happens right after fall recruitment if they need to fill spots and again in the spring. not as many chapters participate in fall cob, more do it in the spring.
