why do true mids care so much about being upper mid?

at the end of the day in the eyes of ppl in real…. most people in real life don’t see it as upper mid / lower mid / true mid blah blah. that’s literally just greekrank to differentiate and give in depths about performance in many areas but in REAL LIFE ppl just rank by popularity, looks, diversity, involvement and most ppl in greek life (especially top 5) have our own silently agreed on ranks. agreed on ranks that are far less indepth and are surface (not trying to change ur ranks, we love it. it’s helpful, insightful.. but my point is also still valid)
don’t put so much into being upper / true. both are middle tier and both are great tiers. it’s not low. it’s not bottom. it’s not bad. true mid is not a bad thing. like at all
ur all great in ur own ways pls just move on this is ridiculous

“top” / the best.
“upper” / not the best but still great.
“lower” / good.
“bottom” / base.
i’m NOT trying to change the ranks. while there is a “TRUE MID” and a “LOWER MID” theta & axid are TRUE MID. but if there were only 4 categories being “TOP” “UPPER” “LOWER MID” (not the same as lower mid when there’s a true mid. lower mid when theres a true mid is super low but upper and lower without true is different but i maude u can see that)
so before u mass dislike (i’m looking at YOU girls u know who u are) just stop.

if you ever tried to do that it they wouldn’t have to defend themselves bc when ur actually upper people will defend them bc it’s just obvi and everyone sees them there.

Yeah people will have an uproar bc people actually see them as upper. I’m not a Phi Delt but if you tried to downrank Phi Delt to true I’d comment “They’re upper” bc they are and it’s accepted by literally all of greek life. TriDelt doesn’t have to go hard like u guys do bc WE got them. PiPhi doesn’t have to go hard like u guys do bc WE got them. Because they are ACTUALLY upper and you’d have to be crazy to disagree.
