You never know why

A house cut my friend last year because she when asked how she was, she started crying. She had just found out a family member died tragically the night before. She really wanted to be part of a sisterhood that would support her, but a particular house didn’t give her a chance and caused her to drop entirely. I have encouraged her to try again this year.
All that to say, if a house would cut you for crying, what kind of support could you expect as a sister?

there are many reasons you can get cut, they clicked more with other girls, you didn’t vibe, your gpa, look, confidence, communication…so many things

the upper chapters know pretty much who they want before recruitment. they have friends and they know more through insta. don’t take it personally they are limited to how many girls they can take and it won’t matter how fabulous you are you might get cut.

These are clubs. The top want hot popular girls period. If you don’t fit the image you get cut. Remember you don’t want a chapter that doesn’t want you. Go through recruitment and find your home. There is a sisterhood for you.

I’m saying this because I haven’t heard of this story. If it was a top 4 house which the. comments are saying this hasn’t come up. We’ve all discussed this process thoroughly.

after the fact girls come together and talk about the many nice girls that we’ve met and how we were so sad we couldn’t get certain girls or how girls we wanted may have gone to another, yes.

yes i’m saying that all of the top 4 chapters talk about recruitment in a positive way after the fact and this never came up. this is a pretty wild story and it would’ve come up. something similar happened two years ago and it came up.
