I don’t get how ΘΧ and their short rush chair are #1
by: YaThis doesn’t make sense and frankly it isn’t true. I don’t care who’s number 1 but everyone in real life knows it’s not them. It weird that this hasn’t been changed yet.

it’s very obvious that you’re a NIB or someone who wants a rush a top frat below theta chi,
some frats run this site so their rank is secured. if you ever try to downrank them, you’ll have everyone agree to it, so many likes and positive comments and theta chi will fake dislikes and faked comments. they’ll do the fake dislikes and comments rapidly so you know they’re fake.

theta chi is the #1 frat because they have everything sigma chi has but they’re more involved and more liked. sigma chi is barely even top. they’re hot and have a nice house. that’s literally it.
they don’t participate with more than 3 sororities, they aren’t around, they’re aholes and most ppl don’t even really like them. sigma chi was once #1 but we all agreed that theta chi is the new #1.
they’re not even stronger than ATO.

Theta Chi are attractive, nice and don’t disrespect women. They are successful and win the most comps, they have diversity, great membership numbers and drop numbers are low.

Sigmas Chis are full of themselves. If they are so amazing why aren’t top girls excited to pair with them? All the other top tier frats got top srats. They have a gorgeous house, but if that’s all you have you aren’t the top. I don’t understand why they have such a superiority complex.

Theta Chi is liked by all frats and srats. Sigma Chi is not. Theta Chi is approachable and have cool guys, Sigs think they are it. Their conceit makes them undesirable.
